==== Application ====

In the menu on the left side of the OSC Pro you will find the general settings. This is where you define the application and quotation language. The offer language applies to all subsequent projects. You define the quotation language for the current project in the <header data>.

In addition, you can define the length unit for the dimension, the display in the property editor and the correct transfer of length specifications from the part data.

The checkbox Compatibility mode for 3D representations fixes problems with the 3D display of articles as well as with the performance when using 3D models. To enable this setting, a restart of the OSC Pro s is required.

In the Quotation tab, you specify whether a query should be made before deleting items.

==== Save as Default/Delete Defaults: ====

For the current project, you can reset your VAT entry with immediate effect. To do this, click on the blue arrow directly behind the VAT input field.

==== Change project pricing date ====

You can change the price date in the header data, offer area. Under Default price date, enter the desired date. **A change in the price date in the header data affects all items that are inserted into the project after the date is changed.**
