====== Form ======

To customize the PDF form template for your item list, please click Form in the toolbar. On the //Form page //, settings for the content and structure of the finished offer are possible.

In OSC Pro, for example, you can set which texts are to be displayed in the items, whether subitems are to be displayed, and whether subitems of set items are to be listed. Furthermore, you decide how prices, discounts and surcharges are displayed.

In OSC Pro, you can specify here whether taxes should be displayed in the PDF.

==== Save as default: ====

Use the save symbol [Icon] to the right of the Templates lettering to save the settings for your template. These will be adopted for future offers.

==== Download form/ Send form: ====

You can either download the finished form or send it by e-mail.

  * Download form: Please click on Download form at the bottom left of the **Form**  page. This will open a new browser window with a PDF view of the quote. At the top right you will find a download button, which you can use to save the form locally.

  * Submit form: Click the down arrow to the right of the **Download Form button**. The Send form button appears. Clicking on this opens a new e-mail in your mail program with a share link to the offer PDF. You can send this to the recipients of your choice.
